Tragedy

Music: Play That Funky Music/Thunder

Mood: “tragedy”
In my glass: perhaps Mexican red later, but now herbal tea with honey

The computer monitor broke Friday.
I came home, turned on the computer and the monitor. Then nothing happened. I mean, the computer was on but the screen stayed black whatever I tried. Tsss!
Fortunately, I still have an old one. The screen is smaller and I have to get used to the “shape” again, but at least it works. As I can’t afford a new monitor right now, it must do.

Another bad news: I’m down with a cold AGAIN! Arrrrgh! That’s something, too, I can’t afford right now.
I was going to go for a photo shooting today but feeling too ill to do that. So, decided to stay home. Blimey :s

Well, good news is that I have at least ONE photo! (Although I must have about 30 more in 6 weeks... )

Tragedy
(Bee Gees)

Here I lie in a lost and lonely part of town,
Held in time in a world of tears I slowly drown.
Goin' home; I just can't make it all alone.
I really should be holding you, holding you,
Loving you, loving you.

Tragedy: When the feeling's gone and you can't go on,
It's tragedy. When the morning cries and you don't know why,
It's hard to bear. With no one to love you, you're goin' nowhere.
Tragedy: When you lose control and you got no soul,
It's tragedy. When the morning cries and you don't know why,
It's hard to bear.
With no one beside you, you're goin' nowhere.

Night and day there's a burning down inside of me:
Oh, burning love with a yearning that won't let me be.
Down I go and I just can't take it all alone.
I really should be holding you, holding you,
Loving you, loving you.

Tragedy: When the feeling's gone and you can't go on,
It's tragedy. When the morning cries and you don't know why,
It's hard to bear.
With no one to love you, you're goin' nowhere.
Tragedy: When you lose control and you have no soul,
It's tragedy. When the morning cries and you don't know why,
It's hard to bear.
With no one beside you, you're goin' nowhere.

Tragedy: When the feeling's gone and you can't go on,
It's tragedy. When the morning cries and you don't know why,
It's hard to bear. With no one to love you, you're goin' nowhere.
Tragedy: When you lose control and you have no soul,
It's tragedy. When the morning cries and your heart goes down,
It's hard to bear.

When the morning cries and your heart just dies,
It's hard to bear.
With no one beside you, you're goin' nowhere.

Tragedy: When the feeling's gone and you can't go on,
It's tragedy. When the morning cries and you don't know why,
It's hard to bear.
With no one to love you, you're goin' nowhere.

Dare to fail

Music: Metallica/Metallica

Mood: still the same (mixed)
In my glass: just had nice cold beer

Watched a short documentary about Metallica on TV. Er.. no, I’m not really a big fan of Metallica, I have only one album of them (“Metallica”) – I’m just not that “metallic” ;)
In this documentary, James Hetfield showed this tattooed phrase on his arm, “Dare to Fail”. Hah, thanks, I should remember that :)

I watched, btw, another Metallica documentary a couple of weeks ago (“Some kind of monster”) - and I repeat that I’m not a big fan ;). It was quite interesting to see how “ordinary” (and fragile) those rock stars actually are (though it’s not completely unknown to me).

--------------
Watching TV quite often recently… like, I watched (mostly films, including those 2 Metallica docs) already about 5 times this year. LOL!
