Mondo Leone - Egg

OL explained the other day on his blog, how to cool a boiled egg with ice. Here I’d like to introduce how to shell an egg according to a friend of mine, Leon. You can see him shelling the egg on his dvd “Mondo Leone”. This cd/dvd is a collection of his theater music and films. A very nice, “feeling good” cd/dvd! My most favorite piece is “Ravioli in Gis mineur”. Super!

How to shell a boiled egg according to Leon
1)Tick to break the top of the egg with the spoon.



2)Turn round the spoon, slide it between the egg white and the shell.



3)Now the eggshell comes off very easily.
